1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle Convertible. Runs and drives nice. Super fun little car to cruise around it. New suspension, shocks, struts, and steering gearbox. Engine was rebuilt a few years ago, runs well. New clutch. Brakes are good. Interior seats, carpet, dash and convertible top are all in really nice shape. I had the seats reupholstered with the correct VW basket weave material about a year ago. Floors are solid.Paint is in nice shape, shines well, it's about 6 years old. the folks I bought her from had her dismantled and repainted. There is a dent on rear section of front right fender from something falling on it in the garage (Pictured) and a ding on the rear bumper. She has a few other scratches, nothing serious. Overall, a solid little Beetle. The radio does not work. It turns on, but no sound comes out. Shows 67k on the odometer, I was told that this was original (60k when we bought her), but can't verify. Title is clean/clear and in my name. I purchased her in Mississippi a few years back, the folks I bought her from said they got her from the original owner in South Carolina. I ran a car fax on, but being nearly 50 years old, there wasn't any information. If you're local or even if your not and would like to see her prior to bidding, you're more than welcome to do so.
