1975 VW Westfalia Camper Van. The body is exceptionally clean compared to other VW buses of this age, has a few dings and paint imperfections but no significant damage. It is very difficult to find one of these rust free and straight. The interior needs some TLC, the carpet was removed, the upholstery could be recovered and the pop top material is damaged and needs to be replaced. The motor is a 2000cc (Block Code# GD052547). Starts up quick and runs smooth, smooth idle, plenty of power. Brand new starter. Carburetor rebuilt less than 2 years ago along with some other ignition and electronic components replaced. Does not leak oil. It has been parked for months in the same spot or left on idle for 15 mins, no leaks. 4 speed Transmission and clutch function properly with no grinding or issues. Brakes and suspension feel good, does not need any current attention. I drove it on a 1 hour trip and it handled fine with no issues. There are no side mirrors. The last two pictures are how it was when I got it. The previous owners owned it for over 10 years. It was driven and maintained up until last year when the clutch cable broke and they stopped driving it. Cable has since been replaced. it is at a great stage where someone can buy it at an affordable price and be able to finish it to their taste and make it their own.
