This Mini Cooper (John Cooper Works) was built at the factory as JCW , not modified and was owned and driven by two grandmothers ( last two Owners) well kept and garage kept . 72,700 miles , that's only 9,000 miles per year. Title issue, As I understand it from the second owner who was an older lady , the first Owner had an accident early 2012 and it was turned over to the insurance company . The car was totally repaired , once the insurance companies get involved, then even after the repair its called a salvage or Re-issued title.
