Seldom if ever do you see a (presentable) running and driving convertible available under $10k. The paint is older on this Mustang but it still shines. It presents well from 20 feet. Get closer, there are numerous nicks, scratches and imperfections though. The interior is an older restoration that is showing its age. The seats still look good and are quite comfortable. The carpet really needs to be replaced. Again, as with the outside it is serviceable but shows wear. The 200 6 cylinder runs ok. It has been sitting relatively unused for several years in dry storage. It should benefit from a fresh tune up and some driving. The 3 speed works properly. The undercarriage has rust in all the normal spots. It has had patches on the floor pans. Please take a good look at the photos and be aware of what this car will need for restoration. The windshield wiper on the passenger side doesn't work, drivers works properly. Factory AM radio works. Heater motor does not work. Headlights, turn signals and brake lights work. Mechanically the car functions as it should. It fires up easily and drives down the road just fine. With that said it was sitting for several years in dry storage. I would highly recommend a full inspection, tune up and servicing of all systems prior to regular street use.
