I982 Honda CB750C "Mint Condition" This Honda is essentially a one-owner bike. Owned by a Navy Vet. The bike didn't start and the left-side exhaust pipes had a bad crack when I purchased it last year. I took the bike to Phoenix Cycle Shop in Westbrook, ME. I gave them full reign to do whatever was necessary to bring the bike to the condition that you see in the photos. All the electrics were replaced: stator, coil, regulator spark plugs and wires, new battery. Complete valve job and clean and rebuild carbs. Gas tank was cleaned and coated. After months of searching, I found a nice set of left side exhaust pipes. They have a minimal amount of surface rust on their underside; shown in last photo.If one wanted perfection, they could easily be re-chromed. Right side pipes are like new. Small dent on right-side of gas tank is about the size of a dime; shown in photo. All told, almost $2,000.00 went into the bike. The bike looks and runs like new! This is an original example a classic bike. Only thing that isn't original is that the original owner swapped out handlebar grips for Grab-on grips. Why am I selling the Honda? I now have a 2002 BMWR1150RT for longer trips and don't need two bikes. Otherwise, I'd be keeping the Honda. I do retain the right to cancel this ad, as it is listed locally.
