You are bidding on a 1997 MZ Skorpion Sport Cup in very good condition with less than 3800 original miles.These bikes are a blast to ride(I've owned 4 of them),are light weight,and handle like they are on a rail.Here are the details: If youre not familiar with these bikes,do a Google search,and read the reviews.The motor is a variation of a Yamaha 660 single with a 5-valve head.All of the running componenets are top quality,and the bike is built extremely well.Parts for these are easy to source,and I have used Graham Motorcycles in the UK for any parts over the years that I have needed.They usually get them to me within 7-10 days,and they are the worldwide parts distributor for MZ Skorpions. I bought this bike last year,and have gone through it,and its ready to ride.All oils/fluids were changed,and a new battery & spark plug were installed.I also had a rejetting kit installed,as these are originally setup too lean,and this makes a world of difference in response.The last owner had a new set of Michelin tires installed,and they might have 100 miles on them if that.All the paintwork is in great shape with no major scratches,scuffs,etc..The fairing lowers have a few scratches here & there,but nothing major.Will probably buff out very easily,but I never did,as I removed them after I got the bike home. I pulled the lower fairing panels off of the bike,as I just like the look better.I have the original panels(see pics),and they are included with the bike,as are the original passenger footpegs,and pillion seat passenger pad. Included are the original owner's manual.as well as a clear title. Overall,a really clean example of a fun to ride sporting "thumper" that's ready for many more miles.Offered at a fair "Buy It Now" price,or feel free to shoot me over a reasonable offer.
