Running and drivable rare 428 Q-Code car. There are not many Q-Code Thunderbirds out there that are this complete. I originally purchased the car to use the 428 drivetrain in another project. However, I did not have the heart to part it out due to is good condition. The car has the usual body issues but minor in this rare find. With the seal on the windshield being compromised some water was allowed in the car. I took a photo of the floor pan for reference. It appears to be surface rust with no pitting of the metal. The trunk had been exposed to water as well. The photo shows rust damage is minimal. Both the front and rear frame rails are in great shape. The headliner is sagging but the interior is in overall good condition. The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts as expected. All glass is intact with no major damage. The vinyl roof will need to be replaced.
