Vehicle Description Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that... I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2005 Volvo XC70 with just 141k miles. I would rate the exterior of this XC70 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking wagon. It is finished in white over tan. The white finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific XC70, there is a visible dent on the left front fender as well as a few smaller ones down the left side of the car that you may not be able to see in the photos. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Continental 4x4Contacts with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Cross Country wagon came in. I would rate the interior of this XC70 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets are thick and full looking throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats are soft, supple and comfortable throughout the interior. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature settings for both the driver and passenger. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Behind the rear seats is a generous amount of cargo room that is as clean as the rest of the car. The original owner's manual, as well as a full set of factory floor mats, is included. Mechanically, this XC70 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The turbocharged 2.5L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The timing belt and water pump have been done so this Volvo is serviced up and good for another few years before it's due for her next belt service. Volvo wagons are great cars.
