My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that... I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70 photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme SL with just 134k miles. The Cutlass Supreme is the less common sibling of its more widely known cousins, the Chevrolet Lumina and Buick Regal. Like with everything GM in the 90's, the Cutlass had different styling that rather pushed the envelope for a vehicle in this segment. I've always had a soft spot for these. I would rate the exterior of this Cutlass Supreme to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Please keep in mind that this vehicle is 24 years old, which is nearing antique standards by most state's criteria. The white finish shines nicely and looks smooth all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this sedan. In fact, the only bad thing I can point out is that there is corrosion visible under paint at two of the fenders...which is pretty good for a GM product of this age. The body lines are all nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Cutlass came in. I am told this was sold off by a very old lady who was transitioning into a nursing home and could not drive anymore. I would rate the interior of this Cutlass Supreme to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets are thick and full looking throughout the interior. The cloth seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and appears to be working properly. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditoiner is still blowing ICE COLD AIR. The original owner's manual is included, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Oldsmobile appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.1L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. I can hear a little rattling sound in the back when you go over bumps or rough surfaces. If I had to guess, it sounds like one of the rear strut bushings is worn out. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and exellent oil pressure at all times. She makes good power and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. These are getting nearly impossible to find anymore. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
