The valve seals need to be replaced ($4000) The ignition system has a misfire ($500 - $3000) All 750 series in this year experience transmission issues. The solenoids and some seals need to be replaced in the transmission but a lot of places don't understand how inexpensive this is and just want to replace the whole transmission (including the dealers), but actually the better option is to rebuild it, because most likely the transmission to you get will have the SAME issue within 3 months ! No joke. So, all that being said, this is a great business opportunity for the gifted mechanic out there. The twin turbos still work great ($1200 each to sell) Once rebuilt, the engine can sell for $3400+ Once rebuilt the transmission can sell for $2000+ The electrical components alone are worth $10,000+ The seats will sell for a LOT because they are hard to find.
