1974 VW Thing 90% restored for the last elevens years we have worked on her. She comes with new Thing shop installed top with new frame and new window curtains (3 yrs old) , new front seats (4 yrs old) new transaxle, new brakes drums, new tires, rebuilt 1600 CC engine always garaged kept. Car runs and drives beautifully. Rear seat and interior in great shape. Comes many spare parts to include front L/R Turn Signal Covers & Boots, 2 Thing Rear Light Covers, New Engine compartment Weather strip, extra distributor, several Door Handle sets, Brake drum parts, Super Cooler for Transmission Filter, Generator mount assembly and several extra seat springs. Also includes 3 foot painted EMPI VW Man and antique Pepsi metal cooler (does have dent on top and side.) 2 1970’s magazine Thing advertisements, 1970s VW Magazine with Military history article about Thing, 1 Plastic Thing Car and 1 collector metal orange thing in box and a roll bar not installed.
