1972 Lincoln Mark IV. First year produced. Highly desirable Ivory White on White with Deep Blue accent carpet and dash. Body matching pin striping still looks factory new. Climate control and Cartier Clock works great. Original 31k miles. Finding the car was over a three year search for me. This is probably the finest existing example of an all original 1972 Mark IV in the world. Never smoked in. Car has never been wrecked. All original paint, interior, and engine. Florida garage queen. No rust ever. Original owners manual, original set of keys, all service records since new. I've updated some mechanics to enjoy it. 100% new rubber and factory parts in the steering system since the original rubber had dried over the years. Rebuilt carburetor, new manifold (factory set always crack), new exhaust, updated to modern distributor, resealed rear-end (not easy task), had to pull rear end completely out of car to correctly repair. Limited slip rear-end. Vehicle still has original pieces of plastic covering on seat frame used to ship vehicle from factory. The vehicle functioned on the original battery until last year. The tires replaced were 1980 vintage adding to the creditability of actual miles, new battery, all new tires, etc. Spare tire and trunk carpet has never been removed. I take it out with family on weekends once or twice a month. Neighbor is a TV producer and has used the vehicle in a few movies. I just completed a 120 miles round trip and it drove like new.
