1981 Honda CX500 This was purchased in 2012 in stock form from its second owner. I then built it up in to this cafe style racer. Bike is a good running condition. All custom work and maintenance has been done by me.Highlighted items are:Tires were purchased last summer. Very low mileage on them.Engine runs strong. Transmission is very good. Front and rear suspension is very good working condition. Front suspension was rebuilt with new seals. Rear shocks are Harley Davidson and were purchased new at the time of build.Exhaust is Harley Davidson and were purchased new at the time of build.Custom rear facing camera with fork mounted display showing video feed in real time.All wiring and battery has been moved to under the seat. Battery was upgraded at time of build. Seat is custom.Custom external coolant tank matching bike. Fuel and coolant lines are in good condition.Driveline grease has been replaced and repacked. Very slight bit of oil seepage on the right side of the engine case. Custom rear mounted blinkers under seat. Carb's were rebuilt at time of build. They are set to run at Colorado altitude. Bike was garaged during the winter months. Oil and filter change every summer. I never rode this bike hard as it was a dream build for me.
