This car was purchased used by my farther in 1975 and I bought it from him in 2003. The car has been modified with a professionally build small block chevy producing around 450hp at the flywheel. the original motor was removed in good running condition and is on a stand as it came out of the car with matching vin number stamped on the block. This and all other origianl parts come with the car. The interior is all original and really it is in remarkably good shape for a car that is nearly 45 years old. This car is an original factory air car, but the air has been disconnected and would have to be re installed. The car has fresh paint from 2003 from Rick's auto care & collision in Highland Park IL. and still looks very fresh. Here is a short list of modifications done to the car. Keep in mind all Mods are bolt on and I have all original parts. 355ci motor, ZZ4 block and steel crank, scat rods, keith black pistons, fast burn Gm performance heads, GM performance single plane intake, 750cfm Quick Fuel carb. GM performance roller cam intake lift .539 with 1.50 rockers exhaust lift .558 with 1.50 rockers. Duration intake 234 exhaust 242. Transmission is the original turbo 400 rebuild with a 3000 rpm stall converter. Rear end was rebuilt in 2014, removing the 4:11's and replacing with a more streetable set of 3:36's. The suspension has also been replaced with new trailing arms and front and rear fiberglass transverse springs with boxed upper and lower a arms Bilstein shocks larger front and rear sway bars and new O ring calibers on all for corners.
