New Page 1 NO RESERVE LEATHER LOADED SABLE LS THIRD SEAT 100% RUST FREE ONLY 44K ORIGINAL MILES Well, here is one you don't see every day. These Taurus/Sable wagon's are becoming quite uncommon as they didn't make many to begin with and there are just not that many left. What makes this one very unique is that it is a fully leather loaded LS model with the third seat in the back and because the car has spent its entire life here in the dry Arizona desert, it is 100% corrosion free. It was owned by an elderly gentleman, sparingly used and has accumulated just 44,607 original miles. In case you can't figure out how much better this find can be, take this into account; it has all of the original factory floor mats, all factory keys and remotes, all owners books and even the original rolling cargo cover in the back. That's really neat and the fact that the car is totally original aside from the tires and the battery is even more incredible. Please take the time to review the 90 photos below including several of the suspension and undercarriage which prove that this car is completely rust free and that it has never been damaged. The body of the car is nice and straight, there are a few blemishes including a few small dings in the front left fender, a ding in the left lower portion of the tailgate and the finish on the rear bumper is faded. Other than that, the car has hardly even a stone chip. All paint is glossy and shiny with no paint fade on the roof or hood. Glass is crystal clear all the way around, lights and lenses are intact and in good working order (right rear has a slight crack in the lens). Tires are older but have about 70% tread remaining at all four corners and display just a little dryness, alloy wheels are very clean and all intact including all center caps. The interior is just immaculate. The previous owner had a 'steering ball' attached to the steering wheel, I have taken it off and that left a slight impression in the leather on the wheel which may re-form over time, no big deal, I just wanted to mention it. Also, the steering assist was professionally installed and there is a decal in the door jamb notating that. I have put that accessory in the center console with the mounting hardware in case you may need it. All the leather seating is supple and soft, very clean and showing hardly any wear. Dash looks nice and straight, console, door panels etc are all in excellent original shape including the wood-grain accents (no cracking or fading on those at all). Carpets are very clean with no excessive wear or staining. Headliner and visors are also mint with properly functioning vanity mirrors. All interior systems are in good working order including power seats (with driver's power lumbar), power windows, locks, gauges and audio system (the power antenna is missing the mast but I am including a brand new power antenna with the car, radio still works), it also has the optional CD changer in the rear of the car. A/C is nice and cold as well. Mechanically the car is very tight. Engine starts promptly and has good power, it makes no odd noises and has not exhibited any leaks in the time I have had the car. Transmission shifts nicely and the car holds it's own on the freeway very well. It does not have any overheating issues and there are no 'warning' or 'service' lights on in the dash. So, what's a low mileage, rust free, leather loaded wagon with a third seat worth? I think it's a $6995 car all day considering it would cost you close to $30,000 to buy a loaded 'crossover' as they do not really make wagons anymore. But I'm letting it go to the highest bidder at the end of this seven-day auction, there is NO RESERVE!!
