This is IT! The MGB you have been waiting for! This car is a head turner and in outstanding condition! I am selling this car for my father-in-law. Though, to be honest... If I had the garage space I would keep it! This classic has ~126k miles on the clock with a complete engine rebuild at 80k miles. The motor has been upgraded with high-compression head, Japanese carburetor, standard rings, bearing, mild cam, clutch, front cross-member powder coated, front brakes, headers, exhaust and more. Includes overdrive. Works great. Many new parts: head & distributor, fuel tank, fuel pump, wiring harness, brake master cylinder and booster, gas lines, brake lines and new convertible top (2012)! The original owner, a mechanic by trade, completely rebuilt the motor at 80k miles. Including adding additional sound deadening material and welding in additional bracing plus an integrated roll bar for added strength. The seats were rebuilt and sheepskin covers added (yay!). Custom wooden door caps and sunvisors. The body is all original metal - no bondo. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NO RUST ANYWHERE. This car has hardly ever seen rain. Never with the previous owner or myself. The vehicle does leak a bit of oil from the head gasket. It's a trivial thing to fix. But the new owner needs to be aware. If it bothered me more I would replace the gasket myself. Other than this small oil leak and a few very minor dings, the car is practically show room ready. It's really beautiful.The car comes with a stack of repair manuals and MGB lover books. Many spare parts are included as well. Too many to list; most are random parts. A full spare tire is included with additional convertible boot and leather top cap accessories. A car cover is also included.This is the most complete MBG collectors car for the MG lover. It's in great condition and every one of it's owners has loved the vehicle to the fullest. Sadly my father-in-law is getting on in years and finds it too much of a chore to drive. Only on sunny days, of course. This beauty needs to go to an MGB lover.
