Let's try this again.. Car is priced at what she is worth. I am not interested in what you need to do to make it into what you want. I'm selling her for what her actual value on the market is based on feedback and previous attempts to sell. She has ZERO ACCIDENTS, just ask the guy that put magnets all over her body in an attempt to find any bondo work (There is NONE) So here are some ground rules: 1. Restored between 2002 to 2003 by me and my father. Owned her for 17 years, she has been in Las Vegas for that time and garage-kept. RarityShe is a first of series production built by Jensen Motorcars in England. She is one of only 6,000 produced by Jensen, one of 2000 for her model year before production was moved to Sweden in 1963. Reason for Selling: I'm an Active Duty Air Force Officer and I move where the Air Force tells me to move. This time I'm headed overseas and she cannot make the trip. I do not want to subject her to salt air nor do not want to store her for 3 years and I've had 17 years of driving her, so it's time to sell. ExteriorOriginal color was white (Volvo # 69) but switched to Volvo Silver, used on their production cars in 2003. All painting accomplished in 2003 and as the paint is 15 years old, there are some very minor scuffs on the hood and driver's side. Minor rust on passenger quarter panel lower section. Paint still looks amazing, no runs (see pics) She is straight, no accidents, no issues and is absolutely beautiful. WheelsFitted with Alloy wheels as shown, The factory spoke wheels were beyond restoration. Engine/Carburetor4 Cylinder B18 engine runs excellent. ORIGINAL ENGINE. Had her serviced in 2008 and the mechanic took the liberty of painting it Air Force blue. Again, it is the ORIGINAL engine, just painted blue instead of the red. Carburetor was upgraded from the 2-float carb to a Weber carburetor (See pic). Transmission4 Speed Manual transmission with Overdrive (OVERDRIVE WORKS FLAWLESSLY), no issues, unique reverse position on stick shifter works well. Braking, Steering4 wheel drum brakes have been refreshed and work properly. Steering box reworked in 2008, drives straight, no drift Battery New Battery installed in 2017 TrimThe trim is in excellent shape. Chrome and stainless have been reconditioned throughout. GlassWindshield is not excessively worn, does not need replacing. Other glass is original and in good condition InteriorOriginal color was tan (Volvo # 301) but I wanted a silver/red color combo. The seat upholstery is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or abnormalities. Beautiful carpeting. Impeccable headliner. Air Conditioning is NOT in the vehicle, as it was beyond repair and honestly not needed due to side window air vents, even out here in Las Vegas I didn't need A/C. Floor shifter works with no issues. Folding front seats. Original Smith gauges in place - Speedometer, odometer and fuel gauges work, RPM, Oil gauge, temp gauge and clock are inop but installed an after-market setup to monitor oil/temp (see pic) OdometerThe odometer shows 41037 miles but as I still drive her, this number will go up slightly until purchased.
