This one-owner Eurovan could also be called a unicorn! It's rust-free and lived its entire life in Phoenix. I flew to Phoenix and drove it 2,000+ miles back to New Jersey. I loved driving this Eurovan MV. I pulled the bench seat out to create a queen size bed each night and ate my meals at the built in folding table. With the sliding windows open you are afforded a front row seat to America. With the sliding door open you are part of the action. Camping, tailgating, meeting people, it is awesome. It's easy and fun. I'd been looking for a camper van and am selling this to find a larger camper or a pop top. There's much to say about the trip but even more to say about the van, here are the good and the interesting. So here goes; The usual suspects: Eurovans (like most vehicles) have some typical areas for work, updates, and replacements. All the major work has been completed on this van. Including but not limited to; water pump, timing belt, head gasket, alternator pulley, valves, seals, distributor, plugs and wires. I recently stopped at a VW dealer in Wichita, Kansas on my cross country trip to have the belts looked at because I heard a typical belt squeak. The dealer confirmed the belt issue, replaced the alternator pulley and they completed a full analysis and evaluation. A clean bill of health, (with the exception of the alternator pulley which was replaced.) The body is rust free. Yes, you read that correctly. It's why I searched the West Coast. The vehicle (and the carfax) shows no accidents and and an Arizona pedigree. The sliding door glides with ease. The previous owner was electrically inclined. He added USB ports on the dash, and a push-button starter. Lucky you! The 1993 Eurovan is a front engine, front wheel drive people, family and/or cargo mover and/or campmobile. The captains chair seats can easily be removed creating a massive area to move cargo if you wish. The bench seat has a cavernous storage area below when pulled out to a bed, and even more when folded up.The van is equipped with front and rear air conditioning. Along with the usual options. Power windows. AMFM CD. If I were keeping the van I'd probably get new all season tires before winter. I will be taking the eurovan to a few Dead & Company concerts over the next week. VW vans appeal to new age/under age/no age people and that's good. However, this is being sold for cash 'merican. I don't need any tie dye or mystic crystals in exchange for a van. Make sure your financing is in place BEFORE bidding. If you need to go to the Bank of Mom, make sure your room is clean and she's onboard with this. Need to sell your stash? Do it BEFORE bidding! This is brought on by having, more than once, had the bidding end on a VW van and the high bidder sends a note that starts "Hey DUDE! I'm sorry but......" Yeah..wunnerful...I do travel and there is a possibility I could deliver this for expenses. Check with me BEFORE bidding if you're interested in that. Van would have to be paid for in full and, should it break in half on the way, you own both pieces. It CAN sit here for a reasonable time once it's been fully paid for. Really.
