2000 Saab 9-5 Wagon with 111,000 miles This 9-5 Wagon was well maintained by an older couple who did all of the regularly scheduled maintenance. After putting 111,000 miles on the car, a steady stream of smoke started coming out the exhaust (see video and photos). The car has a clean title and no accidents reported. As I walked around the car I noticed scratches on both sides (see photos) and one headlight wiper is stuck in the up position. The inside tailgate handle looks to be held on by tape. There is a front light failure alert and coolant level alert. The steering was fine when we parked it but it has become very hard to steer, so it seems to be leaking fluids and isn’t safe to drive home.
