I got this car in April of 2005 from Mckenna Porsche as a lease and then purchased it after the lease ended in 2010. The CarFax shows two owners (Porsche leasing and then myself) but this vehicle has been in my possession since delivery day which is reflected in the Autocheck as a one-owner vehicle. I have since customized it with no expense spared and have maintained it meticulously since then with preventative maintenance with the intention of keeping it forever. I am extremely OCD and the details in this car will show that. Although the car is set up for the track, it has never been tracked under my ownership I don’t have to sell it but I am looking to add a new project. There are NO known issues and the car is ready to take on a road-trip to Pebble Beach or hit the canyons today. Engine seals are dry, No RMS issues and the IMS bearing upgrade was done when the clutch was changed. This is a unique opportunity to purchase a pre-owned 997 that was customized with top-shelf parts and maintained regularly throughout the course of it’s life from the original owner.
