Extremely Original, Low Hour, Excellent Condition 1986 Honda CR250R. I purchased this bike from the 2nd owner who purchased the bike in 1988. It has always been meticulously maintained and not used much. It has never been raced. It is almost all factory original with the exception of these few items. The seat cover was replaced at some point by the second owner and it looks like OEM and done exceptionally well. The radiator shroud graphics and the swing arm graphics were replaced with replicas. The original magnesium crankcase cover (that has the waterpump) was replaced about a decade ago with an OEM Honda Aluminum crankcase cover. I have many receipts for this going back in time that the second owner kept and that will be provided with the bike. It stills runs excellent on it's original top end. The engine has never been apart. All the plastics are original. I have no time on this bike. I only rode it for the test drive prior to buying it and have never had it out in the dirt. There has been some work completed to get it ready. The front and rear tires have been replaced with IRC VE33/VE35 along with IRC heavy duty tubes.Woody's wheel works in Denver trued the wheels and replaced the wheel bearingsThe original front disc pads and the rear brake shoes were replaced with aftermarket shoes and pads because OEM is no longer availableThe clutch grip cable, The grips, the levers, and the handlebar mount bushings have all been replaced with OEM Honda PartsThe Spark Plug has been replaced and the air filter has been cleaned and oiled. The transmission fluid has also been changed.The fork boots have been replaced and the originals will come with the bike.
