I'm looking to sell my 1964 Ford Thunderbird so that I can focus on some home improvement projects. Thanks for taking a look! I am willing to listen to all offers Exterior/Mechanical: - This Thundy has one of the rarest paint colors available for that year... Florentine Green, which is a faint green/gold.- The hood and portions of the front of the car have been repainted.- There is minimal rust on the car and the body is solid.- All chrome is still intact, but there are a few dings here and there. (It could use a clean and polish.)- All exterior lights work.- The overall condition of the paint is good for being 54 years old, but there are some chips here and there and some cracking. It could stand for a new coat of paint.- The car was kept in a barn for 20 years in California and wasn't a true daily driver. It is currently garaged kept when not being driven.- The carburetor was replaced a few years ago (2016).- The battery was replaced in March 2018.- The engine is a 390 V8.- Could stand to have some brake service. - For some odd reason, the gas tank will only hold about 4 gallons. I think maybe the float is stuck or broken altogether. (This issue was known when I bought the car. I just never got around to dropping the tank to fix it.)- The left front bumper needs to be straightened. The chrome is good, I just think the bracket needs to be straightened.- Steering could be tightened up. - All of the original hubcaps are intact and the wheels are in good condition. (Minimum tread wear.)Interior:- New carpet has been installed fairly recently.- Everything else in the interior is original.- Electric windows still work. (Passenger side doesn't roll up that well, which I believe is just a worn out slider.)- The radio does not work, but is still intact.- The original headliner needs to be replaced.- The car currently does not have air conditioning, but I have the a/c pump that will go with the car.- The heater works.- The small clock on the dash does not work. (It is connected to the same wiring panel as the radio so it shouldn't be a complicated fix.) - Power seats work.- There are a few on the seams in the seats. - Chrome needs a clean and polish.
