The car is currently registered, road worthy, and driven regularly. We recently replaced the tires, battery, and brakes. The vacuum booster unit was also replaced, new brake linings installed, and the parking brake inspected & adjusted. We had the front end aligned and while it was in the air, we inspected the undercarriage. The floorboards are solid (no rust underneath). The dual exhaust pipes are stainless steel. The paint is original, the body and chrome trim is straight. There are no signs of body work having been performed (no bondo). Only the hood ornament is missing. There is only the one soft spot (rust, that is!) on the left rear panel after the fender skirt. The paint is starting to bubble at that spot (and only that spot). The metal is still solid and intact. A small dent (if you will) on the bottom of the right front fender. There are a few rough spots here and there (where the paint has become thin) and the dings provided by time over the years. The car has always been in the Southern California Desert, so the rubber at the trunk and door seals is dated. We purchased those seals, but they have not been installed. This is a 4-door hard top (no center post between the doors). It sports a 460 CID 4BBL-V8, AT, PW, PB, PS. The rebuilt engine has very few miles on it and it runs very well. Has new tires, brakes muffler and exhaust pipes. It has less than 200 miles on the front-end alignment. This is a rare car to come by! It was/is a garaged car and it needs a good home.
