This is a 1983 Honda Goldwing that I picked up at an estate auction it shows just under 58,000 miles. The bike had been sitting for years in a garage when I got it. I took it home, drained the old gas out, replaced the plugs and it started and ran pretty well. It has a dirty carb but it seems to be coming out of it as it is driven, I have only driven it about 30 miles but it rides well and the longer it is driven the better it runs, It runs down the road pretty well just idles a little rough but is clearing up the longer it is driven. The bike is in pretty good overall condition, The only issues I know of are the dirty carb, a fuse is blown to the fairing, the rear brake master cylinder dried up and needs bleed or rebuilt and the seat has some small tears on the back top as shown in the pictures. This is a no reserve auction and will sell to the highest bidder. Please do not bid if you have no intentions of following through with your purchase as I have to pay for it either way. The motorcycle is located in Oxford Junction, Iowa 52323 and is for local pickup only or I can possibly have it delivered to you for 1.00 per loaded mile from 52323 with mileage to be determined by mapquest depending on your location. If you are needing it delivered check with me before buying to see if this is an option. If you need to have it delivered than the entire purchase price plus the delivery fee must be paid for prior to it being delivered. Payment is to be made in cash at the time of pickup with the exception of the deposit which is due immediately following the end of the auction through paypal in the amount of 250.00 you can pay for your entire purchase through paypal but if your purchase exceeds 5,000 than you will be responsible for the paypal fees if this is your payment option. I believe they are 3 or 4 percent. Payment is due in full with in 7 days, I can store the motorcycle for free for up to 6 months as long as it is paid for in the 7 day time period.
