97 Del Sol Si-5 Speed Manual Transmission. 63,903 miles as it sits right now. Always garaged. I bought this car from the original owner. Just a beautiful, well kept car. 99% original. Exhaust has been replaced with OEM style from the cat back. Power steering pump has been recently replaced with aftermarket reman. Timing belt and water pump replaced at a Honda dealer with Honda parts. You can tell the care that was taken by the lack of typical red paint fade. The paint is shiny all over, but does have some normal swirls, chips, and door dings. It’s the best I’ve seen original paint, but I won’t pretend it’s perfect. No rust, no big dents or scratches. New tires. Brakes are good. There’s some corrosion on the wheels. I’ve pictured the wheel with the most corrosion so you can judge for yourself. Car runs and drives just like it’s supposed to. Interior is in great shape. No issues or wear on the seats. Original floor mats are missing and the car has cheap black floor mats. Top doesn’t leak. Antenna moves freely, but doesn’t work with power. Engine bay is clean. Lots of original gold still on bolts. Oil recently changed and Honda filter always used. Whether you want an original Del Sol or just a solid foundation for your project, you’ll have a hard time finding a nicer one. I will not ship the car. You will be responsible for shipping if required. Purchase must be made in person. Payment must be in one of two ways. If you choose to pay in cash, I will need to deposit the money into the bank before releasing the title or car. If you choose to pay with cashier’s/bank check, it must be purchased in my presence. No other forms of payment will be accepted. Non-refundable deposit of $300 to be made via PayPal within 24 hours of auction close. I will gladly answer any questions. The pictures are actually of much better quality than what is shown here. If you contact me, I can give you the higher resolution copies. I can also provide pictures of anything you may be more interested in. Please ask questions or look the car over BEFORE bidding. If you’d like to see the car in person, I’ll be as accommodating as possible. The car is also for sale locally. As such, I reserve the right to end the auction early for local sale.
