This listing is for a 2013 Toyota Prius 4 that has only had one owner - and likewise has very low one-owner miles of under 40k. ONE OWNER - The detailed vehicle report from Auto Check reports 3 owners. While this is true as a technicality, it is NOT true in practice. Here is why:1 - The first titling event was when one dealership acquired the car from another dealership to be their showroom floor model. It was not driven or used for transportation (business or personal) by either dealership. 2 - The second titling event was when my father titled the car on my behalf to pick up the vehicle because I was not available to do so myself. My father did not drive the car, nor was he intending to assume ownership of the vehicle at any point. 3 - The third titling event was when I moved and was required to retitle the vehicle in my name according to regulations in the state of Oregon. I subsequently switched the title out of my father's name and into my own. Technically this history reads as more than one owner. In reality, I have been the sole owner and operator of this vehicle. All miles since acquisition from the dealership are one-owner miles--and I'm that owner. 64 PICTURE GALLERY HERE The car was always garaged and meticulously cared for, and has thus remained very clean in what feels like almost new condition. We purchased this showfloor model from a dealership in 2014. This is the premium 2013 Prius IV model with all the premium whistles and bells including premium HTD leather, premium JBL sound, and exquisitely handsome premium 17" rims that are quite hard to come by. The beautiful rims make this Prius really stand out. This Prius is quiet and handles in a way that feels more sporty than we expected. I'm 6'6" and find the interior to be surprisingly roomy. I don’t feel cramped in any of the seats, and there’s even enough room in the driver's area for my knees. The design of the center console is efficient and doesn't impinge on the driver's leg space. Although the Prius has lots of cargo space in the hatchback (and even more when you fold down the back seats), we added the sleek Whispbar rack system so we could mount a specific aerodynamic Thule Sonic Rooftop Box. Both match the Prius in color and style. More importantly the combination adds so little drag they did not perceptibly change the car’s famous gas mileage, which remained a combined 50 MPG. Given its features, condition and history, this is a one of a kind Prius. This has been our favorite car hands down.
