The fixed roof models were available only in 1999 and 2000 as a lower priced Corvette option. They have grown in popularity over the years because of the unique body lines that differ from the coupe model and they were were not produced as much as the other models and are a little more rare to find. The FRC model is what then turned into the Z06 in 2001. This FRC is the perfect Corvette for someone looking to get into the Corvette world or for someone looking to make a Corvette into their own for cruising around or track events. This Corvette is completely stock except for a Vararam air intake. The wheels have also been changed to a Chrome Z06 style wheel and the calipers painted red. For the age and mileage the car does show pretty well. The paint can use a little TLC, but should clean up nice with a good buff and polish. The interior condition is good as well. We did notice some driver seat bosler wear, which is very common to find. We are not sure how many miles are on the tires, but it looks like the front tires are from 2008 and the rears from 2011. They do have some decent tread left, but are starting to show their age. The Autocheck on this Corvette does that the Corvette was a manufacture buyback and accident in 1999. This Corvette seems to run and drive well, but please note that we have not services or inspected the car.
