In fact there was never a 4x4 454 powered Suburban built from 73-91 . . This Suburban has the largest gasoline engine offered for this model and year unless you went with a diesel and most of them got converted to gas . ( I own multiple 6.5 turbo diesel wreckers and like and understand the 6.2 and 6.5 so I am not trashing the 6.2 L . )
