1983 Oldsmobile Toronado Brougham We are selling this car on behalf of a customer Very Rare! Convertible, good condition, V8!!1983-84 Oldsmobile Toronado Convertible was never a production car. It was a special joint conversion project created thru Hess-Eisenhart of Cincinnati and Oldsmobile for dealer owners personally if requested from Oldsmobile. A friend and Olds dealer owner had the Toronado conversion ordered for his wife. I bought the Toronado from my dealer friend directly brand new. I have been the sole owner since 1983. I would honestly say that 90% of the Convertibles mileage was accumulated the first 15 years of my ownership. Very rarely was the Toro ever driven Thru the entire winter months of Colorado, which typically aren?t very excessive. Over the years the Top became cracked and split and also the Drivers side bench seat. Not long ago I have had both totally replaced. Every year the Toro Was stored, I had it driven by and to a local dealership so that the engine and all fluids were checked and maintained and electric motor for the automatic Top Was in working condition. Most of the Toronado?s that were converted all had standard Toro Grills, mine was the Exception, it was fitted with a Beautiful ?Rolls Royce? grill and has original wire wheels. I am 71 years old and live in a condominium complex with a one car garage. This convertible should have a year round garage for safety, maintenance, and All weather protection for another 34 years as a ?One of A Kind ? Collection, and Fun Driving.
