You are looking at an all original 1956 Lincoln Premiere 4 door sedan ( This was the top of the line sedan in 1956 ) This was not your everyday driver, Lawyers, Doctors and people of importance drove these cars This one was last registered in 1975 in Evansville Indiana. Since then it has been in collectors dry climate storage building. It was started at least once a month until the last 4 years.. The cars exterior is showing NO weathering at all. All body, doors and glass seals are like new. Body,bumpers and all chrome trim are very nice ( Has some prior damage / Repaired from the past over passenger rear skirt and rear door ( SEE PHOTO ) , Floors,Trunk and Frame look good. Excellent glass, Interior very nice for 61 year old car. Dash and interior lights work as well as all exterior lights. 368 V8 starts and runs smooth, Auto trans shifts into all gears. ( Due to longtime storage the hydraulic brake system is inoperative E-brake seems to work ) Has factory dual exhaust, Needs exhaust some work due to it sitting for years. Has working Power windows, Brakes and Steering, Has power seat and antenna, Car has a brand new set of tires installed, Has original spare tire and jack assy in trunk. New correct fitting Battery, Has complete tune-up. Cooling system has been flushed and all new hoses and coolant added. Has all 4 original keys and owners manual along with a repair manual for a 56 Lincoln. Comes with new brake cylinders and extra parts. Previous owner lost title and due to amount of time car has been in storage and not registered there is no record of title. We have searched Indiana DMV and no records found. We were told that they are drop out of computer system after 10 years of not being registered. I have notarized bill of sale from deceased owners son. I will also provide a notarized bill of sale from me. There are several Title Company's that can obtain a legal title for this car at a fee.
