***************************************************************************** 2008 Power Retractable Hardtop in Highlands Green. Mileage is just over 162K, but car has been pampered with synthetic fluids, over the top maintenance, and garage storage all of it's life. Carfax will show one accident in history, it was a glancing blow from a deer that required replacing the drivers side mirror, and refinishing of the front fender and the windshield frame on the drivers side. This happened while the previous owner had the car. One awesome feature of this car is the front bumper. Yes, it is a "stock" Mazda nose, not some cheap aftermarket boy racer item. It is know as the "Mazdaspeed" nose, and it does have a genuine Mazda part number stamped on the inside. Mazda made these to sell as an alternative to the stock nose, but priced them so high that few people spent the money. Luckily the original owner of this car did. The Mazdaspeed nose gives the front of the car a more aggressive look than the rounded off stock nose. I just had the nose repainted because of chips and small imperfections. The paint match is right on. The honeycomb grill insert was also replaced at the same time. PRHT works perfectly, and has been augmented with a module that gives you one touch open and close. Has the OEM sport suspension with less than 20K miles on it. How is that possible? The original owner installed on Ohlins coilover suspension shortly after buying it. 2nd owner bought the car with the Ohlins suspension still installed, but the original parts in a box. Shortly before selling to me, he swapped all the parts out so he could sell the Ohlins suspension on his own for big $$. So car now has the original springs and Bilsteins with low mileage on them. Also has upgraded Eibach sway bars front and rear.car has not been tracked, previous owner states he kept the suspensions upgrades to take the occasional trip to “The Dragon”.
