1974 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. VIN# 6L67S4Q429465 Good condition survivor vehicle. I have owned this car for seven years. Never driven in rain and always under cover. Engine runs well and transmission works flawlessly. Convertible top mechanism and motor also in working condition. Frame is solid with no rust. Paint color is rare for the convertibles. Paint is original lacquer. Interior is original. Car drives straight and true. Tires are newer with only 2000 miles on them. Speedometer cable is broken. I could never find the correct cable from the cruise control unit to the back of the speedometer housing. Mileage on the odometer shows 39,000, but true mileage is higher. All records of maintenance available during my ownership. Many items on the car replaced or repaired. Send your questions for more details on the car and its systems. Most glaring item to replace are the rear rubber body fillers behind the tail lights. They finally crumbled into dust this year during a spring drive. Replacements fillers are readily purchasable on eBay. '74 Cadillac shop and body manuals sold with the car, and various small spare parts. Small spot of rust behind right front wheel on quarter panel (see photo) This car is good as a nice survivor or a great candidate for full restoration. Buyer responsible for pick-up.
