I am listing my 2001 Chevy Silverado, 2500HD, 4x4, which has a 6.0L V8 engine, and a 5 speed, New Venture Gear 4500 manual transmission. The axle ratio is a 4.10, and does not have positraction. As you can see, she's pretty rusty. Very rusty. Really, very rusty, but she needs a good home. I haven't driven the truck for awhile, and there are some issues that need to be addressed. She starts up, and runs, but the engine light comes on. The clutch slave cylinder needs to be replaced (typical for GM), as the clutch will not fully disengage. The front drive shaft yoke needs to be replaced, but otherwise the 4WD works okay. There is a fluid leak at the left front brake, so those things will have to be taken care of, before the truck is safe to drive. She can start up, and move, but not really driven. The interior is in pretty nice shape for a truck like this, as the driver's seat usually wears out, but the front seat fabric looks good. The rear seat has a seat vinyl cover from the previous owner, and the original seat fabric is in really nice shape. Overall, she's a pretty basic truck. She does have air conditioning, but requires service. The windows manually roll up, so you won't have to replace the window motor (again, typical for GM), no power door locks, power seats, or cruise control. I installed new Good Year tires a few years ago, and they have less than 10,000 miles on them. They are in nice shape, with lots of tread.
