For sale is a 1990 Dodge Ram D150. This was my sons first driver when he got his license. He took very good care of it. It served its purpose so now I am selling it. The truck is pretty straight for the year. There is a scrape on the passenger's side as shown in pictures. Mechanically, the truck runs really good. The automatic transmission shifts as it should with no hesitations or bumps. It passed smog a few months ago. The odometer and speedometer do not work. The engine light comes on sometimes because there is no signal coming from the VSS. (The VSS, Vehicle Speed Sensor) is what sends a signal to the speedometer and odometer. Thus, the engine light. The brake light stays on because the sensor for the parking brake is not working right. The AC was working about two months ago, but is not cold now. I have another compressor in the garage, but I'm not sure that's the issue. The tires are very good with 60% tread remaining. The bumpers are straight. The undercarriage is very dry with no rust because the truck has been here on the west coast its entire life. I added the Ram's head on the hood to add to the character of the truck. I also added new shocks and 2 inch spacers so the front end didn't hang so low (There's a bump when you turn the steering wheel all the way left or right). The interior looks good. The vinyl is torn on the driver's side which is why I added a seat cover. The dash has a small crack. The headliner is really nice, but the molding is cracked in a few spots. When I got the truck I added keyless entry so the door locks work with the key fob. If you are out of town and need a ride from the airport I would be happy to pick you up.
