All body lines are correct and align with no gaps which indicate this car has not had any body sheet metal replaced. Look how good the trunk is in photo. It was Tropical Turquoise and I had it painted a 1957 Chevy Colonial Cream Dupont Duluxe back in 1992. Later engine and transmission but it is still column shift. Has stock exhaust manifolds out to dual exhaust. It was upgraded to an alternator instead of the old generator. Seats are original but were recovered in black roll and pleat and are in excellent condition but could use a good cleaning. The rear window shelf is also rolled and pleated. Still has the "T-3" headlight lamps and they work! The dash is in excellent condition. No holes for tac or gauges as this car was one that was NOT hot rodded. As you can see from the photos, there is no radio and car never had one. I do have a working vacuum wiper motor that does work and is included. Fender skirts included. The body is pretty straight but there are some rust spots developing. So you can see what you have to do to it as it's not covered up by a fresh new paint job hiding sin. I have not started or driven this car in over a year and yes it does have flat tires. (harder to steal). If you're looking for a car that is ready for pretty mild restoration and that is altogether and not in boxes, this is the one. You don't have to search for parts as this car is complete and the price is affordable compared to most I see online for sale. Paperwork is in my name. The VIN is the factory "spot welded" as it should be. (not riveted which would indicate a problem).Yes, it does need work but they all need work unless you are willing to pay the high prices people are asking.Make sure you always looks at the gaps between fenders, hood, doors and trunk when looking at these older cars as many have wide gaps which tell you there was a problem somewhere down the line.
