I am selling my 1996 Hardbody SE, 2WD King Cab w/ 165k miles, clear Michigan title, VIN: 1N6SD16S5TC370887 This is an old truck and it is far from perfect. That being said, it's in decent shape for its age. It was a Southern truck before making its way to the Midwest in 2016—whereupon it received an undercarriage coating. ***Engine needs to be rebuilt/repaired.*** It was my daily driver here in Dearborn, MI, up until two weeks ago when the timing chain went and the engine popped. I don't have the time nor space to rebuild it myself. ***The engine still starts, but the truck is NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. It must be trailered to its new home for repair.*** Prior to this timing chain episode, the truck was a very dependable vehicle. I loved driving it... There is a minor leak on the oil pan gasket. Also the usual imperfections for its age: dings and dents here and there, the front bumper and bed especially. Nevertheless, the truck has a lot of potential—for restoration, or otherwise. Local pickup only. Must be trailered.
