1969 Camaro Ralley Sport Body appears to be non-hit, straight with all of the original sheetmetal and factory gaps, one driver quality repaint many years ago in it's original Butternut Yellow matching the trim tag info. Vinyl top also per the trim tag is original with no signs of rust underneath however the bottom edges are beginning to roll up. Glass, chrome and stainless trim are original in good shape. Looking at the base by the cowl and rear windshield there is no rust at all. The original doors need the hinges to be rebuilt (new driver side hinges included) and show signs of some patchwork at the bottom outside corners. Passenger side quarter at the wheel lip, bottom front and rear of the opening has bit of rust (photo shows the extent). The other quarter is perfect as well as the fenders, hood, roof, trunk, floors all in excellent original condition. Body has the usual parking scratches and dings. The true mileage is unknown.The trunk retains spare and jack with some of the original splatter paint still present. Chassis has 4 wheel power brakes, previous owner added the rear discs. 5 multi-leaf spring 10 bolt open rear, subframe is in excellent condition. All of the hidden headlight equipment is present as well as the windshield wiper motor. Headlight washer optioned. The rubber hoses for the headlights are dried and cracked requiring the doors be opened manually (new hose kit is included). New tires on original rally rims and trim. Light scraping of the floor pan reveals a clean, rust free pan. Engine is a base 350 with a mild cam, headers, aluminum intake, Demon carburetor and headers. MSD box, converted points distributor. 350 turbo automatic transmission. Newer Flowmaster dual exhaust system. The interior is complete, all the seat belts are there. No rips or tears are present. Door panels are original in great condition, balance of interior is good. Driver's seat would need new springs. Tilt steering column and basic gauges and lights all work, with the exception of the radio, clock and horn. Key buzzer still works. Windows crank up and down properly. Included items with sale: New headlight vacuum hose kit, new driver's side door hinges, Cal-Trac type traction bars, additional fuel and speedometer gauges (white face), Z bar and brake/clutch pedals I have a newly rebuilt 500hp + roller cam long block professionally built 350 and a BV coded 12 bolt rear end completely rebuilt available for an additional cost which is not included with the sale.
