My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 80+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking quesitons or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2007 Jaguar XJ8L with just 112k original miles. The exterior of this Jaguar would rate as AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous Jag. She is finished in Frost Blue over Dove interior, which is a striking color combination. The light blue finish shines well for its age and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Jaguar, there is some visible peppering on the nose from highway driving as well as a few normal scratches and scuff marks here and there...nothing awful. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The trunk will need the little struts that hold it up replaced. This is normal aging and they are very cheap and easy to replace. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. The xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road in front of you. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how beautiful this Jaguar looks. The interior of this Jaguar would also rate as AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The Dove Gray interior looks great against the Frost Blue exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carptes are thick and full looking throughout the interior. A full set of factory floor mats are included. The Dove Gray leather seats are piped in dark gray, which looks wonderful. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. The power rear sunshade raises and lowers smoothly, too. This Jaguar XJ8L has the optional factory Premium Sound system, which sounds great. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The wood veneers show well and indicate that this Jaguar was garage kept. The trunk is spacious and clean. This Jaguar XJ8L comes with two master keys, a full set of owner's books and the original $70,000 window sticker. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Jag appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.2L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. There are no suspension warnings on the the suspension stays high and level at all times. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. I've personally put the last 300+ miles on this Jaguar and she is an absolute pleasure to drive. The check engine light was on when I acquired this XJ8. The code present was P0420 (catalyst efficiency below threshold). I can tell you first hand that the converters are not clogged. This car performs very well and there are no signs of any significant restriction. Again, I've put the last 300+ miles on this Jag myself. Sometimes, a faulty rear oxygen sensor can send the same code. I'm not sure what the exact fault is, but I can tell you that the car runs and drives right. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction.
