Very solid ex-US Air Force delivery van from New Mexico that was used by the Truth or Consequences School District before being retired and purchased by a private party. Tires are dry rotted but hold air and make it a good roller on OEM IH wheels (non-split rim). Previous owner had it running (needs a battery so I didn’t confirm) but will need the gas tank cleaned out and also requires some brake work. Body has minimal rust and a few bumps & bruises...I tried to take pictures (driver front fender, passenger side lower panel, etc). Floors are solid. Front and side glass missing and needs replaced (It is flat glass so pretty inexpensive and rubber seals can be purchased from Class-Tech-Cars). Dimensions: Interior cargo area only Length = 115 inches Width = 70 inches Height = Approx 6ft Exterior Length bumper to bumper = just under 17 feet Width = 6 1/2 feet Height = just over 8 feet This is a solid Metro ready for restoration…would make a great vintage food truck, ice cream truck, etc. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
