1989 Honda CR

I bought this CR 500 from a guy that my wife went to High School with, he's had it for more years then I've know him. He had 4 other motorcycles that he rode instead of this one, it just sat there. Its never been raced, garage kept in So. Calif. Things I did to make it race ready and pretty. New front and rear fenders, front and rear tires and tubes, new graphics, new O.E.M. fork seals, front brakes, new bars, levers, grips, spark plug, cross bar pad, rear disk brake protector. I still have original front and rear fenders, has a DG silencer but I'm not sure what kind of pipe. Pipe has two small dings in it . Including a new side cover, stock one could be better but no longer available Also a new rubber cone for the rear shock.People ask me all the time, why do you sell motorcycles on E Bay where it cost money while there are other sites out there that are free. I would always do a good job explaining to them why I like E bay but not any more. I think its wrong that a person can bid on a motorcycle with out any repercussion for not paying for it after they have have won the bid, which has happened to me several times while selling stuff here. If the bidder does not come thru with the money this time I wont post it again. Its a neat motorcycle to own, no bike in your garage gets there attention that a cr 500 R gets. It looks fast just sitting there! Please do not bid on this bike unless you have a history of buying motorcycles on E Bay. This bike can be inspected but not after you have bid on it. Must be done prior to close of biding. Sorry but you have to say these things when selling a bike here. Thanks for looking. BILL OF SALE ONLY
