Individual selling .....My daily driver for almost 6 years until earlier this month when I purchased a new truck. NO reservice auction - higest bidder wins. Being sold as is where is. No warranty and no return. I attempted to be as thourogh as possible in describing the condition of this SUV. I have clear Title on handI will remove the PA licence tags when purchased Body Overall good condition for 12+ year old vehicle with 179k miles, normal wear and tear - scuffs,scratches, dings - small dent on rear hatchSome minor rustingFront windshield glass - 2 rock chipsAll power windows function, including rear on hatch and sunroofPassenger side plate light not working, all other signals, lights recently checked when oil was changed this month and are working.Tires:Very good, slightlly over a year old (8.6.2016) plenty of tread left - have the invoice for the tires18K miles since purchaseSUMI Tour Plus LXT brandInteriorOverall interior poor to fair, smoker,normal to heavy staining on head linersOverall clean, free of trash, etc.Both Heater and AC work fineLeather Seats: Heavy wear to front buckets and second row ( second row poor condition, several tears) , thrid row in good to very good condition ( kept in garage and not used heavily)Rear door hatch will not open ( latch pull cord broken)Power Sun Roof operationalDashboard: Warning light on: Adjust tire inflation, though there are no issues with inflation - light stays onDashboard: VSC light continuously blinks and 4 wheel drive Hi light stay on. Engine and drive train:Both engine & drive train in good running condition , drives well other than vibration at stopping as noted below.Has always started without fail Vibration when coming to a stop when decelerating at 40+ MPH, more pronounced when going down hill.Recent oil/filter change (9-10-2017) and fluid top off 4- Wheel Drive:4 wheel drive will not engage, beeps when you press button ( likely frozen actuator?)dashboard: VSC light continous blinking ( trying to engage?)dashboard: 4 Wheel high light stays on ( although not in 4 wheel high) Other:Newer battery - a couple of years old - good conditionAfter market remote start / key fobOwners manualRecent inspections - passed PA emissiions check with valid current sticker , did not pass PA Safety inspection this year Upon Purchase$250.00 paypal deposit due within 48 hours of purchase, balance due in cash @ pick-upPick-up must be made within 10 days of purchaseBuyer is responsible for any permitting or plates if the vehicle is to be driven away.
