Up for auction is my '04 R. I bought this earlier this year to use as a backup when working on my other Volvo's, I own 7. Anyway I flew to OC & picked up the car in Huntington Beach, CA. Drove it straight home 400 miles without issue. Then my daily driver took a sh&%, so I used this to work about 20 miles away for a couple of months. Just picked up an '07 R, so this one can go. Runs & drives fine, The California & Utah sun has taken its toll on small patches on roof & A pillar trim. Just don't think it'd be worth going wild on bodywork & paint to keep it long term.4 race/show cars in the garage.I did just use black Marhyde on the trim, & waxed it the best I could. Some dents & dings, so don't expect a show car. Right front fender is the worst damage on the car. Should have the 4C struts replaced, service light is on for that only, other than startup service msg, NOT Check Engine light. Passed smog last year in CA, we don't have it here. Tires are almost new, all 4 18" pegs have minor curbing. Still pulls strong. Brakes, clutch, trans & angle drive feel good. Gobi Tan interior about average, not torn up. On Sep-23-17 at 15:26:15 PDT, seller added the following information: Hadn't driven the car in a while...starts right up, drives straight & smooth, pulls strong thru the gears, to past redline. Very good roll on from 80 to 110, hands off the wheel at 125, quite comfortable, I'd call the shocks OK for a while if I didn't like the adjustability so much, brakes about perfect, no fade or shake. Certainly not as fast as my tuned '07 or my 600 hp C70 , but respectable & a good bang for the bucks...
