Winter is just around the corner!!! This would make a great winter 4x4!! This is a no reserve auction on a 1998 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4x4. I recently purchased this to fix up to pull a trailer but plans changed and no longer need it. It has a heavy duty hitch and break plug. Its loaded with a 6 disc CD player with leather interior. The drivers side seat has a small tear. The 3rd row seat is missing but has a place for one if you wanted to put one back in it. I have not noticed any leaks under it. The engine 5.4 V8 runs very strong with only 164,700 miles. Starts right up with no hesitation. The transmission shifts strong and seems to be in good shape also. The rocker panels under the doors are almost completely rusted out but cannot be seen unless you look from the underside, I tried to get a couple photos of it. The rest of the body is pretty good for its age. The paint on the hood is faded and there are 2 small dents in the passenger side front fender. The tires all match and are Firestone Destinations with average tread left. The AC currently blows on all positions but warm air, not cold. All the windows work properly and all the lights work. ***This vehicle starts to vibrate pretty heavy at 20 mph then goes away at higher speeds. A mechanic looked at it and said the problem is in the rear end and it needs a couple new stabilizer bars or sway bar. Cheep fix if you can get junk yard parts and do it yourself. I would not recommend driving it a long distance until that's fixed so if you are from far away I would have it towed, hauled or shipped. With a little work this could be a great vehicle again very cheap. This is all I know about this vehicle, I'm not a mechanic and it is a 1998 so don't expect a perfect truck it needs a little work.
