For sale here is a 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. This is an original numbers matching 289 Fastback. Full video of car and engine running! Click here fastback walk around Body/ExteriorThe paintjob on this mustang is called royal grape purple. It is a very dark purple metallic. It shines beautifully and is very presentable. I would call it a 5 footer paint job, as it has some age due to being alittle bit of an older restoration. There are some small paint chips and dings here and there on the paint. But overall its beautiful. The chrome on the car is in great shape, and the glass all around is very nice. There are a few scratches in the rear window. The headlights, taillights, turn signals, brake lights all work. Drivetrain/SuspensionThe engine in this mustang is a 289, which is what it originally came with. The engine has long tube headers, and brand new full exhaust with flowmaster 40s. It sounds extremely good. The carb is a holley 4 barrel. Car has a new battery. the engine is backed up by a C4 automatic trans, that shifts flawlessly. Engine also runs very strong. You can drive this thing anywhere. It has power disc brakes as well as power steering. The car has new suspension from front to rear. That includes new shocks, new 5 leaf GT leaf springs, new lower control arms, new UCA ball joints, new sway bar bushings, new strut rod bushings, new leaf spring shackles, and new U bolts. InteriorThe interior is in great shape. It has a brand new aluminum deluxe dash, and new steering wheel. The windows roll up and down with no problems, and the seats have no tears anywhere. headliner is new. Rear fold down is in great shape. gauges work as well as gauge lights. This is overall a really nice driver 1967 mustang fastback. It isnt a perfect car by any means, but rather serves as a car to drive to your local car shows or pickup some groceries.
