This 1969 Merlyn MK11A is an excellent example of Merlyns first formula racer. A Vintage Formula Ford will be the easiest race car you’ll ever maintain. Everything is out in the open, everything on the car was designed for racing, and the gearbox is easily customizable with different gears. Brought over from England. The Merlyn Chassis was built in Colchester, England. Owned and restored by a Mechanic who worked with the racing circuit for 35 years. This car raced in Northern Texas and has the log books with it. The Chassis and engine since total rebuild have about a hundred miles. (Two days of Track Testing) Since the car has been stored for approx. 12 years, at the least, will need the carburetor, fuel lines and bladder cleaned, and probably a new battery. Seat Belts are out of Date & it needs a fire system. Fun car and a great one for any collector!
