1985 Toyota Pickup Last year with the solid front axle! 290k miles Rebuilt engine at some point. Plenty of power Runs great 5 speed manual transmission 4x4 33 inch tires in great shape Rear axle locked (welded?) .......NO FACTORY A/C.......... Optima Battery 22R Engine (carb) Truck is fun. Ive had it for a while. Bought it from a friend that had planned to make a rockcrawler out of it. I wanted to do the same. took it off road a few times and it did great. Life gets in the way and its been sitting for months in my garage. My plans have changed so it needs a new owner. Truck runs amazingly well. It could use a new steering gearbox, as the current one leaks a bit and is a little sloppy on the steering. Also noticed the front axle seals drip a little. Could use some extended brake lines since whoever did the lift failed to install new ones. The front windshield is siliconed in instead of a windshield gasket. It is rust free. Frame and body look great. Bed looks to be from an earlier model. Truck was originally red. Was primered at some point. Comes with a spare rim and the factory front bumper. Other than those items, its a cool truck. It could be fine tuned and be a daily driver, would be a great platform for a rock crawler, or use it as is for a dependable off road ranch toy. The way I looked at it was a new polaris RZR is about 27k, so you can do the same thing with this toyota for a fraction of the price of a RZR. It would be possible to drive it home to wherever you live, but I would recommend trailering it due to lack of A/C and the fact that it is 32 years old.
