This listing is for an immacualte E38 2001 740iL with 103,655 miles. This 740iL is loaded with Navigation, see picture of original window sticker for all the options. This car is close to show quality. This car really is immaculate. It was extremely well cared for, nothing is broken, nothing is missing, every little tiny detail is correct. Both the interior and exterior are 9.9/10. This car was under its original BMW factory warranty, was traded in, certified, and re-sold with a 100,000 mile BMW factory certified used warranty so it was cared for at the dealer and it really shows Brand new OEM dealer mats and the original set for the winter. Mechanically and electrically this car needs absolutely nothing. It runs, drives, and operates perfectly.The front end and suspension all around are very tight. The current tires and brakes are in great shape (Michelin tires). Biggest Imperfections:- The is a crack in the painted inner bumper liner under the front right headlight.- There are 6 very small paint chips on the car, none larger than a pea, all covered with exact factory match touch up. - There is very, very little wear across the entire interior. From being sat in there is some very light wear on seats and carpet, but you really have to look for it. - Cosmetic imperfections on engine cover- When put on the lift it was oily on bottom of pan and under motor. It does not leak/burn/drip oil, but there was some accumulation. After wiping down no further accumulation. Please ask and I'll send close up pictures of any or all of the imperfections above or anything else. There are little tiny marks or blemishes on the car too, it was driven, but it really is nice with every little detail still there down to the OBDII cover, the golf bag tag in the truck, the still working flip phone, every manual, the backseat footrests, etc etc. Please ask any questions before biddingOn Aug-11-17 at 05:00:24 PDT, seller added the following information: I've already had a few questions which I will address below: - I have sold 6 vehicles on eBay in the past all with happy buyers (including a 1966 Lotus Elan, Ferrari 250GTO kit car, swift class Indy race car, etc)- The car is being sold "as-is" with no warranty. I have inspected and described this car to the best of my ability and am not responsible for anything that I could not see or that has not presented as an issue. As of right now the car has zero problems. There are no check engine lights, no known issues, and it runs and drives perfect. That being said as it is 16 years old with 100,000 miles there is no warranty on this car. - Only recent maintenance was the replacement of the ABS module a few weeks ago and regular fluid services- The A/C blows ice cold- Tread on tires is 80%+- There is no "Buy it now" price, the auction will run its course and the car will be sold to highest bidder as there is no reserve.
