I am selling a 1962 impala wagon. It was bought by a friend in 1976 as a six cylinder ,stick car. He put a 396 turbo 400 and 12 bolt with 4:10 posi. They drove it briefly till 1980 then decided to pull the big block and put a small block. Then parked til 2016. I buy the car , these pics are its first sunlight since 1980. I put the car in storage and started shopping for a 409 and 4 speed. unfortunately I lost my job and cannot afford the storage. I refuse to put the car outside. It is factory black it has a red interior with bucket seats, it still has the clutch pedal but has a turbo 400 trans. The interior is missing the rug and 2 door panels. The headliner is good and the seat covers are good. I will add more pics soon. It has a/c and power windows. I sold the rally wheels off it and it now has space saver spares. it has a 12 bolt with a 410 posi. The body and frame are very good. The left side has surface rust on a few spots but not bad. The underside was undercoated so is rust free. It has no engine but I do have the radiator, both bumpers and some of the chrome. The parts I got are in bins and piled in the car so I am not sure what is there. It has been inside for 38 years so it is very dusty and dry. I do not want to misrepresent the car in any way so please ask for info or pics of your interest Must sell. please ask questions
