This BMW is for sale because it will not pass the vehicle emissions test required to license it in Dallas County. If you live in outside of Dallas County where this emissions test is not required, this vehicle will pass all safety requirements and be totally roadworthy. It runs good, drives great, rubber is good, leather is very good. All glass is good and windows are power. Call me for more particulars if interested. Last year I put a new catalytic converter on it but I have not taken the time to diagnose why it won't pass this year.
