Up for auction is this lovely 2003 British Racing Green, Jaguar S-Type V8 Sedan. This Jaguar S-Type is a stylish, luxury saloon type sedan and carries the largest engine which is a 4.2L Jaguar AJ V8 (300 hp and 310 lb·ft torque.) It was purchased brand new at Jaguar of Darien, CT with 6 miles on the odometer by my Father as a surprise for both my Mother and him as they were British car enthusiasts. The car was garaged its entire life and currently has ONLY 13,575 original miles! Yes, that is correct, 13,575 miles! Believe me when I state that you will not find a lower mileage Jaguar of this type and year around. Though driven sporadically, one can feel the V8’s horsepower and torque. Certain staples this Jaguar holds are the front and rear double wishbone suspension, the traditional British Racing Green (BRG) exterior color on a Sand leather interior with woodgrain-look accents, and the leaping Jaguar hood ornament - an option that many buyers chose to omit. In 2003, the Jaguar S-Type was also provided a revised dash, centre console, an electronic parking-brake paddle-switch that replaced the conventional manually operated lever for the rear brakes, and a flip-open key for the ignition. All other items have been kept up as well, though you will see that many of the parts are still original. Additionally, the vehicle was often hand washed and detailed. All Jaguar service bulletins were addressed by the dealership. Passed emissions July 2017. There are no issues with the car nor any dashboard indicator lights. The headliner is perfect. Non-smoker vehicle. Yes, there are some minor cosmetic blemishes on the mirror casings, some under the front bumper from parking block rub and some very minor scratches. There also exists some minor corrosion on the rims. Overall, it is a beautiful, clean, and well cared for machine and a loss to see it up for sale. Yet, due to family circumstances, the vehicle was transferred to me (my Father was the original owner) and is now for sale. You truly must see to appreciate. The original window sticker, owner’s manual kit, 2 sets of keys plus valet, and purchaser odometer statement are included with the sale. Additionally, there is a British car badge on the grill and a built in trickle charger in the trunk- simple plug in. This Jag has a clear and clean title and is being sold AS-IS.
